Thank you for shopping at ReemSouq, your UAE digital souq for everyday essentials. We work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver quality products across all Emirates.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order ships with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time Within UAE
Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days to all Emirates:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier volumes, weather, or public holidays like Eid or National Day.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery: AED across UAE
  • Free Delivery: On all orders above AED
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for +AED handling fee[15][100][10]

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your shipment 24/7 using the link provided.
If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, please contact us on the link provided.

5. Important Notes for Dropshipping
ReemSouq curates products from vetted suppliers to bring you variety and value. This means:

  • Items may ship in separate packages if ordered together.
  • Packaging may vary from product images but quality remains 100% genuine.
  • We do not ship on Fridays or UAE public holidays.

6. Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days from shipping date, please contact us immediately. We’ll investigate with the courier and ensure you’re taken care of.
For lost or damaged shipments, ReemSouq will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. International Shipping
Currently, ReemSouq only delivers within the United Arab Emirates. We plan to expand to GCC soon.
